Best advice for customer: For the load, I tell people not to stress about the small things, we got you covered. At the unload, make sure you don't overwhelm yourself with the unpacking. Take your time, you already did the hard part.

Best advice for customer: We're here to answer all of your questions, use our years of expertise and call/text anytime! Schedule your estimates early (as soon as you think about moving) so you're prepared, and we can help you through the process.
Outside interests: Finding something beautiful everyday that makes me smile (flowers, hearts in nature, cool artwork/music) and taking my dog on adventures.

Favorite part of Job: I travel throughout the country loading and unloading families and I love that I get to be a part of that experieicne. It also allows me to enjoy the country and the open road.
Best advice for customer: If you are headed south, you should stop at a Buc-ees. Also, don't use boxes unless they are from a moving company. We have the packing material you need to be move ready. Other packing material from 3rd party (Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot) sources is not addequote.
Outside interests:Spending time with my family and friends. But also playing video games are where I get to decompress.

Also, working in other industrys I see the value of being my own owner operator and work with people that value my skills. I appreciate the one-on-one customer service that I get to experienceas well.
Best advice for customer: Make sure anything personal like documents and items dear to your heart go with you. Keep in mind that professional packing is the way to go, it saves you on time, frustration and claims becasue safety is our goal for everything.
Outside interests: Familiy time, fishing, dric golf, resting and relaxation!

Favorite part of Job: I like running long distance over the road to meet new people and see new places.
Best advice for customer: Prepare everything and if you don't need something anymore, donate or get rid of it. The more you purge the more money you will save. Make sure to pack everything before we arrive to save money. Pleae do not pack books in anything other than a small book box. Keep in mind that if you can lift the box, we can lift it too.
Outside interests: Spending time with my family in WI and taking trip to FL.

Favorite part of Job: Assisting with lowering the stress of mvoing. It's one of the most stressful things people have to do. So if I can ease some of that burden to create a smoother transition for people, that makes me happy!
Best advice for customer: Start as early as possible to make sure your're "Move Ready". Go through your house and pack, donate, purge to lighten the load if you can. Pack at least one box a day and don't leave it all until the last minute. Things happen and sometimes you can't avoid that, tag us in to help and we got you covered!
Outside interests: Escaping in a good book, weakness for Jurassic Park movies and supporting our Chicago sports teams whenever possible!
